What NODS provides
NODS provides:
- physical objects (CORE, and the rules for FUSED and GRAAL)
- stable, public rules
- authenticity verification through a physical Security Imperfection
- a public record of official emissions (FUSED and GRAAL)
NODS does not provide meanings, outcomes, or rewards.
What NODS does not control
NODS does not control:
- secondary markets
- resale prices
- personal interpretations
- individual behaviors
- third-party communities or platforms
Objects may circulate freely.
Acts remain historically distinct.
No ownership of user creativity
NODS encourages personal creativity and independent use.
You may:
- connect COREs
- carry them
- display them
- store them
- create your own structures or practices
These uses do not require permission.
NODS does not claim ownership of what collectors create.
Third-party products, apps, and services
Third parties may develop:
- accessories
- display systems
- software tools
- community initiatives
NODS may acknowledge independent projects,
but does not certify them as official unless explicitly stated.
No third-party product is “NODS official” without written confirmation by W-MK100.
Authenticity is limited to NODS objects
Only NODS objects can be authenticated through the NODS verification method.
NODS does not authenticate:
- modified objects
- replicas
- derivative products
- accessories
- third-party creations
If the Security Imperfection is missing or different, the object is not authentic.
No guarantees
NODS guarantees only:
- the existence of rules
- the stability of declared acts
- the ability to verify authenticity
NODS does not guarantee:
- value
- rarity
- future emissions
- access to events
- progression
- success
The result is never assured.
Stable rules, no retroactivity
Rules may evolve only to protect the system’s coherence, and only forward in time.
No rule will be applied retroactively.
No one receives special treatment.
No exception exists to “force” an outcome.
Absence of official community spaces
NODS does not operate official discussion spaces, forums, or social platforms.
This is intentional:
- to avoid hierarchy and favoritism
- to avoid central influence on interpretation
- to keep the system equally accessible worldwide
Collectors are free to gather elsewhere, independently.
Responsibility
By participating in NODS, you accept that:
- the value is not guaranteed
- the result is not certain (even under stable rules)
- participation is voluntary
- exit is always possible
- no “magic key” exists
NODS does not ask for trust.
It asks for attention.
